EXPORTING TO THE TRICASTER
1. File > Send to > Compressor.
2. Drag the Tricaster HD Export setting to the Settings and Destinations tab.
3. Name your story by typing your story title followed by your first name in the exported filename box.
4. Click Submit, Click Submit again. Your file will be exported.

Exporting to the Web in Final Cut Pro 7:
1. Complete your project.
2. Select your in points and out points in your timelime using the I and O key.
3. FILE > SEND TO > COMPRESSOR
4. Drag Vimeo High Definition Template onto your file.
5. Name your file.
6. Click Submit.
7. Click Submit Again. Your file will now process this will take some time depending on whether your project is SD or HD.
8. Logon to Vimeo.com or use the Vimeo Desktop Uploader (username: news@eagleeyetv.com )
9. At the top of the page, select upload, then select upload a video.
10. Choose a file to upload.
11. Select your file from Web Exports.
12. Your file will begin to upload. Please type in a title and a description and click save.
13.Copy and paste the URL of your vimeo file.
14. Next, you will need to go to EagleEyeTV.com, login, create content.
15. Create a Vimeo Story.
16. Type in the story information and copy and paste the Vimeo URL.
17. Save your story. It will now be posted to the website!
